The system incentivizes job seekers to bring their skills and experiences to the forefront by completing profiles, assessments, and references, and by connecting data streams.

Consequently, candidates can now highlight their talents faster, speeding up the interview process by up to four times.

Calyptus’s new point-based system

As candidates accumulate points, they increase their visibility and build their reputation on the platform, improving their chances of securing the right job. 

To optimize the process, Calyptus combines blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI). 

The new system allows candidates to prove their expertise by linking data streams such as GitHub, Upwork, and Fiverr, building trust more quickly with employers. 

Candidates can also earn points by reaching certain milestones, for example, submitting the first job application or being hired, which makes job hunting more engaging and provides employers with a clearer view of the top talent on the website.

Likewise, Calyptus now offers deeper insights into candidates that other platforms may overlook, making the hiring process more efficient.

Points and achievements are displayed on each candidate’s dashboard, allowing them to track progress and discover new opportunities to boost their score. 

The best candidates are featured on the Calyptus Leaderboard, which ranks job seekers based on their points, fostering a competitive environment. 

Top-ranked candidates will enjoy special perks, such as interview preparation, career coaching, and access to Web3 events.
